Eden Scott is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our prestigious Edinburgh-based client. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, providing high-level support to three of the firm’s Partners.

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the Partners to maximise their time and focus on strategic priorities. This is a position of trust, requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, professional support to three Partners, including diary and inbox management.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring seamless preparation and follow-up.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials to support business activities.
  • Arrange and manage travel and accommodation in line with company policies.
  • Track and reconcile Partner expenses monthly, maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain and organise electronic filing systems and ensure SharePoint is up to date.
  • Manage and update CRM records on behalf of the Partners.

About You

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in liaising with senior stakeholders.
  • Discreet and professional, with sound judgement and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with cloud-based systems.
