Eden Scott is delighted to be working with a leading professional services firm in Glasgow as they seek an experienced PA to join their Office Services team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
The role is based in the Glasgow office (33.75 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm). Initially office-based, the firm offers hybrid working longer-term through their Smarter Working policy.
The Role
The PA will provide proactive, high-quality support designed to remove administrative workload from the senior leadership team. You’ll take ownership of administration, operational coordination, financial processes, and workflow management, ensuring SLT can focus on delivering against their objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full diary management, ensuring meetings, deadlines and commitments are accurately maintained
- Acting as first point of contact for senior stakeholders, managing inboxes, prioritising communications and drafting responses
- Maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive client, financial or team information
- End-to-end administrative oversight of matters, including document management and compliance records
- Supporting matter opening and closing processes and liaising with internal support teams
- Preparing meeting packs and ensuring timely distribution
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensuring mail is processed within required timescales
- Arranging internal and external meetings, including room bookings, technology setup and hospitality
- Coordinating travel arrangements and associated logistics
- Supporting business development and marketing activity, including event preparation and maintaining client contact records
- Supporting financial processeswhere needed
- Assisting with CMI and AML processes to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
Skills & Experience
- Previous PA experience is essential
- Strong organisational skills and confident communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; training will be provided on internal systems
- High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload independently
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach
