Because it is outwith our data, we cannot predict who will be targeted. They have your data from somewhere, so we encourage you to register your attack with the Action Fraud Team by clicking the button below.

Again, we are sorry you have received this approach; our consultants would never approach you via WhatsApp.

National Trust for Scotland – Aberdeenshire & North East

The National Trust for Scotland—Scotland’s largest conservation charity protecting iconic places and landscapes—is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to support properties across Aberdeenshire, the North East and Mar Lodge Estate. This is a part-time role (16 hours per week) based out of the Crathes office with significant flexibility and autonomy in how working hours are structured in a week.

The Role

You’ll support safe operations across historic buildings, visitor sites, estates, and natural environments. As the first point of contact for your allocated properties, you’ll help teams maintain high standards of safety while contributing to the Trust’s conservation mission.

You will:

  • Conduct audits and support continuous improvement
  • Lead accident, incident, and near-miss investigations
  • Monitor emerging risks and legislative changes
  • Provide clear, proportionate advice to Operations Managers and property leaders
  • Support policy updates, training, and Trust-wide H&S initiatives
  • Contribute to reporting and regional performance insights

About you:

You’ll bring strong post-qualification experience, a NEBOSH National General Certificate and a full UK driving licence. You communicate well, think practically, and are confident influencing across varied sites. Fire-risk assessment training, the NEBOSH Diploma, or heritage/multi-site experience are beneficial.

Why join National Trust for Scotland?

Joining the Trust means contributing to work with real national significance. You’ll enjoy true flexibility around your 16 hours, free entry to all NTS properties for you, one adult and your children, and generous discounts in shops, cafés and holiday accommodation. You’ll also benefit from a competitive pension, annual leave, enhanced family-friendly policies, and broad learning and development opportunities, including support for professional accreditation and memberships.
