The Employee Benefits Executive will be central to supporting consultants and clients in the design, implementation, and administration of benefit schemes. This includes pensions, group risk, healthcare, and flexible benefits. The position requires a blend of technical knowledge, organisational skill, and exceptional client service. Responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a key contact for ongoing client relationships, ensuring queries are handled promptly and professionally.
- Preparing accurate documentation and supporting consultants in delivering tailored benefit solutions.
- Coordinating with providers and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and administration of schemes.
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and assisting with cost-saving initiatives.
- Managing client data within CRM systems and contributing to reporting and performance analysis.
- Supporting business development activities and identifying opportunities for cross-service collaboration.
Experience required:
- Strong understanding of workplace pensions, auto-enrolment, and employee benefit structures.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in financial services or employee benefits administration is highly desirable.
- A proactive, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
