Financial adviser - Edinburgh or Glasgow

An award-winning financial planning firm is looking for an experienced Financial Planner to join its team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. This is an opportunity for a professional who enjoys working closely with clients to shape their financial future through tailored strategies and expert guidance. There is a full client base available, c150/200 clients of annual reviews in the mid-HNW space.

The role focuses on building lasting relationships and delivering advice that helps individuals and families achieve long-term security and growth. The successful candidate will combine technical knowledge with a consultative approach, ensuring every client receives a personalised plan that reflects their goals and aspirations.

Ideal attributes:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven experience in financial planning or wealth management.
• Professional qualifications such as Diploma in Financial Planning (Chartered status desirable).
• Experience in the HNW space, ideally of IHT planning.
• Up-to-date regulatory knowledge and commitment to compliance.
