Our Client
Our client is an Edinburgh law firm who are based in the city centre and are looking for an experience Document Manager
Your new role:
This is a supervisory role where you will carry out the following duties:
- Managing document production workflow
- Liaising with internal colleagues to provide exceptional service and updates on progress
- Involvement in preparing and formatting documents and templates
- Managing producing and communicating productivity stats
- Actively monitoring and identifying opportunities to offer greater efficiency in the service provided
- Document production eg. formatting and updating a wide range of complex documents
- Transcribing audio files
- Converting documents and tracking changes
- Proofreading
Experience Required:
- Advanced MS Office Skills
- Digital dictation and legal secretarial experience
- Attention to detail
- Flexible approach to conflicting and fluid demands
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines
- Relationship building skills
