In this role, youâll partner closely with People Partners to deliver operational excellence while coaching managers to lead confidently, tackle challenges early, and build high-performing teams. Youâll combine empathy and sound judgment to provide hands-on support and strategic guidance.
What youâll do
- Empower managers: Coach and guide managers through people-related queries, building their confidence and capability.
- Lead ER cases: Manage investigations and casework end-to-end with fairness and clarity.
- Drive performance & reward cycles: Support reviews and salary processes, ensuring theyâre efficient and equitable.
- Policy expertise: Help managers navigate policies with confidence and make informed decisions.
- Boost engagement: Share survey insights, guide action planning, and champion continuous engagement.
- Turn data into decisions: Use reports to spot trends and advise on risks and opportunities.
- Continuous improvement: Simplify processes and enhance ways of working.
- Project work: Collaborate on strategic initiatives and people projects.
