People Partner - FTC 12 months

Eden Scott is recruiting an experienced and strategic HR People Partner on a fixed term contract basis for 12 months initially.

We are looking for a People Partner who can make a real impact. You will work closely with senior leaders as a trusted advisor and coach, balancing strategy with hands-on delivery. Expect variety: from shaping organisational design and leading change programmes to building manager capability and fostering a culture where talented people thrive.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with senior leaders to create people plans that drive business success.
• Design and deliver organisational change initiatives that enable teams to move fast and effectively.
• Coach managers and provide practical tools to build inclusive, high-performing teams.
• Manage complex employee relations cases with empathy and confidence.
• Use insights and metrics to spot trends and steer action
• Support workforce planning, succession, and career pathways  
• Keep engagement high and processes simple, from performance cycles to compensation reviews.

• Strong UK and overseas employment law knowledge and experience managing sensitive ER cases.
