Senior HR Advisor - FTC 12 months - Edinburgh

In this role, you’ll partner closely with People Partners to deliver operational excellence while coaching managers to lead confidently, tackle challenges early, and build high-performing teams. You’ll combine empathy and sound judgment to provide hands-on support and strategic guidance.

What you’ll do

• Empower managers: Coach and guide managers through people-related queries, building their confidence and capability.
• Lead ER cases: Manage investigations and casework end-to-end with fairness and clarity.
• Drive performance & reward cycles: Support reviews and salary processes, ensuring they’re efficient and equitable.
• Policy expertise: Help managers navigate policies with confidence and make informed decisions.
• Boost engagement: Share survey insights, guide action planning, and champion continuous engagement.
• Turn data into decisions: Use reports to spot trends and advise on risks and opportunities.
• Continuous improvement: Simplify processes and enhance ways of working.
• Project work: Collaborate on strategic initiatives and people projects.
