Reflective Practice Executive - FTC 12 months

We are seeking a highly organised and confident Reflective Practice Executive to support the delivery of our clients Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Scheme and Reflective Practice Discussion (RPD) programme on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a member-facing role that involves facilitating engaging discussions with professionals at all stages of their careers, helping them reflect on their learning and development.

You will work closely with the CPD and Reflective Practice Manager and collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to ensure the smooth running of this high-profile initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Reflective Practice Discussions with members
  • Provide administrative support for CPD and RPD programmes
  • Maintain accurate records, templates, and CRM data
  • Promote awareness of the RPD programme among members
  • Manage the CPD feedback mailbox and escalate complex queries
  • Collate data for reports to regulatory bodies
  • Assist with change projects and training initiatives
  • Support UK Practice Module administration

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong administrative and organisational abilities
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in coaching or interviewing
  • Ability to manage exchanges with experienced professionals confidently
  • Problem-solving and adaptability under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Tact and discretion with sensitive issues
