We are delighted to be working on this full time temp to perm role with a large client in the South Ayrshire area.
Your new role
This is an administrative support role where youâll play a crucial role in the process of extensive analytical testing and will be working as part of a team of 300 samplers, scientists and support staff who analyse their way through an average of one water test every minute.
When you join, youâll be part of Scientific Services development programme which lasts 2 years, and where you can perfect your customer service and administrative skills.
Duties will include:
- Scanning, maintaining and archiving electronic records in line with compliance requirements.
- Managing and updating online document portal in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to the wider business when required
- Keeping a record of statistics in relation to how many documents are being received and scanned.
- Manual handling relating the storage of records prior to being scanned
What youâll need:
- Solid administrative experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to new processes quickly
- Must be very organised and methodical with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team working attitude
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks to meet deadlines.
- Good experience of Microsoft packages such as Word, Outlook & PowerPoint is required.
Work Pattern
This is a full time role working Monday â Friday, 37 hours per week on site
This is an ongoing temporary role that may become permanent.
