Compliance Administrator

About the Role
Eden Scott Client is  seeking a detail-oriented and proactive graduate to join their Compliance team  in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in legal or financial services who is passionate about regulatory compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the compliance function by ensuring adherence to FCA regulations, AML requirements, and internal governance policies.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and assist with audits and regulatory reporting.
• Monitor and review client documentation to ensure KYC and CDD standards are met.
• Assist in implementing and updating compliance procedures and controls.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve compliance queries and provide guidance on regulatory obligations.
• Contribute to risk assessments and help identify areas for process improvement.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a compliance, legal, or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of FCA regulations, AML legislation, and risk management principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to strict deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with compliance systems is an advantage.
