A small environmental consultancy in Perth is looking to appoint a Senior Ecologist. The team is fewer than five people, including ecologists with over 27 years’ experience, offering close collaboration and exposure to varied projects across Scotland.

Project areas include:
• Onshore wind and renewables
• Infrastructure and highways
• Battery storage
• Avian ecology
• Water quality and habitat management
• Peatland restoration
• Forestry
• Air quality

Role Responsibilities

• Lead ecological surveys and fieldwork
• Manage small–medium projects and client communication
• Prepare and review technical reports and licence applications
• Support habitat management and restoration
• Provide guidance to junior staff
• Contribute to project planning and operations
