At this stage of your career, the decision to move is about more than progression — it’s about scope, impact, and long-term opportunity.
You will:
- Lead complex engagements across insolvency and restructuring, with end-to-end responsibility for delivery
- Own key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to directors, lenders, and stakeholders
- Work directly with Partners, contributing to strategic decisions rather than operating at arm’s length
- Develop and mentor junior team members, shaping the next generation within the team
- Contribute to business development, building your network and identifying new opportunities
- Operate in a firm where decision-making is fast, visible, and partner-led
- Unlike larger firms, you will not be constrained to a narrow specialism — you will gain exposure across the full lifecycle of cases and play a visible role in outcomes.
