Karen started her career in 1998, where she was responsible for supplying temporary industrial staff based in York after moving from her birthplace Dublin to York. In 2000 she moved to Edinburgh, where she continued recruiting and recruited skilled Financial Services staff.
In March 2006, Karen joined Eden Scott to dedicate her knowledge and experience to the permanent and temporary financial services market, where she continues to work in the same area.
