 looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IFA Support Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and client support to their busy advisers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where accuracy, professionalism, and client care are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Administration: Prepare and process new business applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date client files, adhering to FCA regulations and company standards.
  • Provider Liaison: Communicate with product providers to obtain valuations, policy details, and resolve queries promptly.
  • Reporting & Research: Assist advisers with portfolio reviews, investment research, and producing client reports.
  • Diary Management: Schedule client meetings, prepare meeting packs, and manage follow-up actions.
  • Team Support: Work closely with advisers and paraplanners to ensure a seamless client experience.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an IFA or financial services environment  6-12 Months is (essential).
  • Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally experience with back-office systems such as Intelligent Office.
