We’re looking for an HR Specialist who’s passionate about creating a workplace where people feel supported, valued and empowered to do their best work. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the People Partners, combining operational excellence with proactive coaching to help managers lead confidently, address challenges early and build engaged, high?performing teams. With empathy, data and sound judgment, you’ll offer hands?on support and strategic guidance that helps both people and the business thrive.

What you’ll be doing
- Empowering managers Coaching managers through people?related queries, helping them find timely, effective solutions while strengthening their confidence and capability as leaders.
- Leading fair, thorough ER cases Owning investigations and casework end?to?end with clarity, care and rigor, ensuring robust processes and fair, balanced outcomes.
- Powering performance & reward cycles Supporting key people processes including performance reviews, ratings calibration and annual reward cycles. You’ll champion a continuous approach to feedback, performance and development, coaching managers throughout the year.
- Being the go?to on policy queries Helping managers navigate people policies with confidence, offering clear advice and coaching to support fair, well?informed decisions.
- Driving employee engagement Supporting engagement survey cycles, sharing insights with leaders, helping them interpret results and guiding them through meaningful action planning.
- Turning data into decisions Using Workday/Tableau reports to identify trends, risks and opportunities, helping business areas focus their energy where it matters most.
- Driving continuous improvement Spotting opportunities to simplify processes and enhance the employee experience through more effective, people?centred ways of working.
- Supporting strategic projects Partnering with People Partners on initiatives and projects that shape how people and teams grow.
