Eden Scott is recruiting for an experienced Office Manager for our client, a growing, vibrant, and exciting organisation offering flexible working in a spacious city centre office.
As Office Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of their office. This is a full-time, office-based role (five days per week), with some flexibility within business needs.
Key Responsibilities:Office Management:
- Oversee property maintenance and facilities services
- Liaise with cleaning, security, and maintenance contractors
- Monitor and purchase office supplies and equipment
- Act as first point of contact for office-related queries
Health & Safety:
- Manage risk assessments and maintain compliance with legislation
- Update H&S policies and procedures
- Coordinate emergency drills and maintain incident records
- Oversee First Aid and Fire Marshall training
Visitor & Room Management:
- Manage visitor sign-in/out and security protocols
- Oversee meeting room bookings and catering arrangements
Administrative Support:
- Assist the Communications team with admin tasks and event support
Supplier & Technology Oversight:
- Manage relationships with external suppliers
- Oversee office technology and basic troubleshooting
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in office management (desirable)
- Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation (qualifications desirable)
- Highly organised, adaptable, and commercially focused
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Confident, proactive, and able to influence stakeholders
- Good writing and organisational skills
