Eden Scott is recruiting for an experienced Office Manager for our client,  a growing, vibrant, and exciting organisation offering flexible working in a spacious city centre office.


As Office Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of their office. This is a full-time, office-based role (five days per week), with some flexibility within business needs.


Key Responsibilities:Office Management:

  • Oversee property maintenance and facilities services
  • Liaise with cleaning, security, and maintenance contractors
  • Monitor and purchase office supplies and equipment
  • Act as first point of contact for office-related queries

Health & Safety:

  • Manage risk assessments and maintain compliance with legislation
  • Update H&S policies and procedures
  • Coordinate emergency drills and maintain incident records
  • Oversee First Aid and Fire Marshall training

Visitor & Room Management:

  • Manage visitor sign-in/out and security protocols
  • Oversee meeting room bookings and catering arrangements

Administrative Support:

  • Assist the Communications team with admin tasks and event support

Supplier & Technology Oversight:

  • Manage relationships with external suppliers
  • Oversee office technology and basic troubleshooting

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in office management (desirable)
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation (qualifications desirable)
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and commercially focused
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Confident, proactive, and able to influence stakeholders
  • Good writing and organisational skills
