They’re seeking a Senior Consultant with excellent botany skills to join their growing ecology team. This is your opportunity to work on diverse, high-impact projects across the UK – with flexibility, autonomy, and the backing of a highly collaborative organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and delivering botanical fieldwork
• Writing tenders, technical reports, EcIAs, and HRAs
• Carrying out Phase 1 habitat and NVC/Phase 2 surveys
• Designing mitigation strategies and managing projects
• Mentoring junior ecologists and supporting their development
• Overseeing project budgets and timelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in botany and ecological surveys
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• Excellent writing and project management skills
• FISC Level 4+ (preferred)
• CIEEM membership or eligibility
• Full UK driving licence + access to own vehicle
