We’re working with a fast-growth fintech organisation that’s building a modern, scalable Salesforce platform to support business-critical operations. They’re looking for a Salesforce Engineer to join an agile, collaborative engineering team focused on hands-on development, CI/CD, and technical implementation.

 

About the role

You’ll support and enhance a Salesforce Sales, Service and Community Cloud environment, working across the full SDLC. The role involves hands-on development (Apex, Lightning, Flows), platform configuration, integrations, and continuous improvement, using modern development practices including CI/CD and BDD. You’ll collaborate closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver robust, user-centric solutions.

 

Key skills & experience

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Salesforce development
  • Strong Salesforce Lightning experience (Apex, Flows, components)
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata)
  • Familiarity with DevOps tooling (SFDX, Salesforce CLI, Git)
  • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Proactive, collaborative, and quality-driven mindset
  • Salesforce certifications advantageous
