Paraplanner Assistant

Eden Scott’s client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Paraplanner to join their dynamic team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in financial planning and gain hands-on experience supporting senior paraplanners and advisers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing suitability reports and client documentation.
• Conduct research on financial products and investment solutions.
• Support the paraplanning team with compliance checks and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely updates.
• Liaise with advisers and clients to gather necessary information.

Person Specification

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good understanding of financial services or willingness to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Progress toward or interest in financial planning qualifications (e.g., CII Diploma) is desirable.
