A well-established Chartered Financial Planning firm with a central Glasgow office is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly respected firm that prides itself on delivering exceptional client-focused advice. They have a highly flexible working pattern and ability to work from home majority of the week after initial induction period.

You will provide high-quality technical support to financial planners, ensuring accurate and compliant advice documentation. The role involves preparing suitability reports, conducting detailed research, and supporting the advice process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed and compliant suitability reports for a range of financial planning areas.
  • Conduct in-depth product and fund research to support client recommendations.
  • Liaise with advisers and clients to ensure smooth progression of advice cases.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial planning, tax, and regulatory changes.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a paraplanner within a financial planning or wealth management environment.
  • Level 4 Diploma via the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) or significant progress towards achieving it.
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a professional team.
