HR Adviser – 6 Month Contract (Potential to Extend)
Location: St Andrews
Our client in St Andrews is looking for an experienced HR Adviser to support their People function on a 6 month contract, with potential to extend.
The Role
A hands on HR generalist role covering day to day HR operations, employee relations and supporting managers across a 450 strong workforce. You’ll also assist with payroll updates and queries, ensuring accurate monthly processing.
Key Responsibilities
• Advise managers on ER issues including performance and grievances
• Maintain HR policies, contracts and employee records
• Support payroll submissions and resolve payroll queries
• Coordinate benefits administration
• Contribute to projects across organisational change and improvement
About You
• Strong HR generalist / HRBP background
• Confident with ER casework and UK employment law
• Experience supporting payroll processes
• Proactive, organised and people focused
