HR Adviser – 3-Month Contract (Potential to Extend)
Location: St Andrews
Our client, a well-established organisation in St Andrews, is seeking an experienced HR Adviser to support their People function on an initial 3-month contract, with potential to extend.
The Role
A hands-on generalist position focused on employee relations, supporting managers across a workforce of 450 staff. You’ll lead day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance, and help drive a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise managers on ER matters, including performance, disputes and grievances.
- Maintain HR policies, contracts, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate staff benefits administration.
- Support People projects, including organisational change and transformation.
About You
- Strong HR generalist or HRBP experience.
- Confident handling ER cases and up-to-date on UK employment law.
- Experience in organisational design and change.
- Highly organised, proactive, and culture-focused.
