EMEA Tax Manager

We are delighted to be supporting our longstanding client to recruit a Tax Manager to lead the tax planning in the UK and support business development teams with commercial opportunities in the EMEA region.

Our client are looking for good working knowledge of UK taxation, international tax and tax planning experience and significant experience in delivering tax support for tendering activities (including contract review). 

Duties will include: 

• Provision of tax advices about commercial opportunities in the EMEA region (direct and indirect taxes) and contracts review

• Identify tax planning opportunities in the UK and implement them in collaboration with the global tax planning team.

• Advise Operations and Finance teams in the UK on tax matters (apart from tax audits, tax compliance, tax accounting and reporting)

• Key focal point on tax matters relating to vessels (with the support of the various regional tax leads
