Sarah is an Associate Director with Eden Scott and has responsibility for the Executive Search side of the business. She has over 20 years’ recruitment experience across many business areas and has a wealth of experience across senior-level appointments throughout Scotland.
Since 2018, Sarah has managed the NHS account with Eden Scott. She has developed a strong understanding of the NHS and its board structure and delivered some critical projects over the past 20 months. Most recently Sarah has successfully supported various Scottish Housing Associations with executive recruitment campaigns and continues to build her understanding and strong reputation within this critical sector.
Sarah’s approach to each assignment is on an individualised basis. At the outset of each project, she will spend time to fully understand the role and the requirements creating a bespoke timeline and process.
Having worked within the Scottish recruitment market since 1998, Sarah is passionate about delivering excellent customer satisfaction at all stages of the process to both the candidate and the client.
