Senior Quantity Surveyor

A construction group based in Aberdeen requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This organisation boasts a significant portfolio of successfully delivered high-value projects across the North-East of Scotland within a variety of sectors such as education, healthcare, and commercial.

This contractor delivers projects ranging on average from £50,000 to £40mil from refurb and extensions to new builds and minor works. Application Requirements:

• Significant experience in a contracting QS role is essential
• Applicants in a QS role looking to make a step-up to Senior QS will be considered
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Strong IT skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
