Senior Project Manager

A leading public sector organisation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile system implementation with significant business change and digital transformation impact.

This role goes beyond delivery. You’ll be at the heart of change — winning hearts and minds, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and translating technology into meaningful, organisation-wide improvement.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of a major cloud-based SaaS implementation
• Driving associated business change, user adoption and benefits realization
• Engaging senior leaders and operational teams to build buy-in and momentum
• Establishing strong governance, while keeping people, culture and outcomes front and centre
• Managing risk, dependencies, budgets and delivery timelines

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience delivering HR and/or Finance cloud-based system implementations
• A strong change-focused mindset — covering people, process and technology
• A confident influencer able to engage, challenge and bring stakeholders on the journey
• PRINCE2 / MSP / PMI (or equivalent)

Please note: This is a hybrid role, and candidates must be based in Scotland.

This role is available on a 23-month Fixed Term basis.
