The Role

Fully remote working with occasional site visits
Lead ecological inputs across a varied project portfolio
Produce and review high-quality technical reports
Build strong client relationships and represent the ecology team confidently
Mentor and support junior colleagues
Clear, structured progression towards Principal Ecologist
Excellent investment in CPD, training and licence development

What You Bring

Solid experience delivering ecological surveys and technical reporting
Confidence managing projects, budgets and client expectations
Skills in one or more specialisms (bats, botany, ornithology, mammals, etc.)
Strong communication and collaborative working style
Full UK driving licence
