A growing ecology function in Scotland is looking for a Senior Ecologist to help lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of projects while working fully remotely. You’ll join a small, well-connected Scottish team (around 10 people) with the backing of a wider UK ecology network of over 100 specialists.

The Role

• Remote working from anywhere in Scotland

• Lead on project delivery, reporting and client engagement

• Opportunity to mentor and support junior ecologists

• Collaboration with a large UK-wide ecology team

• Strong investment in CPD, training and licence development

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience delivering ecological surveys and technical reports

• Confidence leading projects and managing client relationships

• Experience in one or more specialist areas (bats, botany, ornithology, mammals, etc.)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Full UK driving licence
