Our client, a respected name in the fire and security sector, is looking for a driven and technically minded Projects & Business Development Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering solutions, and supporting project delivery from concept to completion.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
• Creating tailored sales proposals, including system design and pricing, for projects up to £50k and small works under £5k
• Collaborating closely with the engineering team to ensure smooth project execution
• Engaging with industry networks and suppliers to source the most effective solutions
• Assisting the engineering team in maintaining industry accreditations and ensuring compliance with company procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid understanding of NSI/BAFE standards and relevant British Standards for Intruder, Fire, Access Control, and CCTV systems
• Recognised qualifications within the fire and security industry
• Proven track record in business development and project management within the sector
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative mindset
• Capable of managing multiple priorities with a structured and proactive approach
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality results
