Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high impact projects within a professional services environment. You will play a key role in establishing a consistent project management approach, overseeing transformation initiatives, and ensuring alignment with organisational strategy. 

Key Responsibilities
•    Manage and deliver high-profile, business wide critical projects.
•    Oversee a cross functional project portfolio with strong governance and reporting.
•    Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams across the organisation as well as third parties.
•    Develop and embed project management frameworks and supporting tools.
•    Provide governance and oversight ensuring compliance with regulatory, and security standards.

Skills & Experience
Essential:
•    5+ years’ experience delivering cross functional projects.
•    Strong governance, methodology, and planning skills.
•    Confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
•    Excellent organisation, analysis, and documentation abilities.
•    Proven capability to embed new processes and lead change.

Desirable:
•    Experience in professional services or regulated environments.
•    Background in IT or business transformation.
•    Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM).
