HR Advisor | 12-Month FTC (Maternity Cover) | Fife

Eden Scott is working with a Fife-based client to recruit an HR Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a unique opportunity offering part-time or full-time hours, with all hours worked on site, providing real visibility and impact within the business.

The role will support managers and employees across the full range of people matters, working closely with the People team to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused HR support.

This opportunity would suit:

• An HR professional ready to step up into an advisory role, or
• An experienced HR Advisor available for a fixed-term contract.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing hands-on advice across employee relations, including absence, disciplinaries, grievances and performance management
• Supporting managers with appraisals, probation reviews and ER processes
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment administration process, including interviews and inductions
• Advising on HR policies and procedures and supporting policy updates
• Assisting with learning, development and compliance training
• Maintaining accurate data across HR systems and records
