As payroll coordinator you will be responsible for the end to end process of a payroll across multiple contracts in processing new starts and leavers and any associated payments, calculating statutory leave and associated payments, producing and analysing reports, reviewing and implementing annual rate increases and calculating back pay where required and supporting the Payroll Supervisor with analysing all payrolls and payments.
Strong communication skills are required in liaising with other departments to ensure deadlines are met and dealing effectively with any payroll queries and with a focus on attention to detail, you will maintain accurate records and filing and follow implemented payroll policy, processes and procedures.
