Our client, a highly respected name in the professional services sector, is looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Service Desk Analyst to join their collaborative team in Edinburgh.
What Youâll Do:
As the first point of contact for IT support, youâll provide 1st and 2nd line assistance across a wide range of technologies, from laptops and mobile devices to software applications and AV setups. You will play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly and securely.

- Microsoft 365
- iManage Work10
- BigHand Digital Dictation
- iOS mobile devices
- Two-Factor Authentication tools
Your background:
- 12+ monthsâ experience in IT support or service desk
- Strong Microsoft Windows & Office knowledge
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Legal, Financial, or Professional Services (preferred)
- A full UK driving licence is a bonus
