Eden Scott is delighted to be working with a highly respected financial planning firm based in Edinburgh to recruit an experienced IFA / Sales Support professional. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1â2 years of experience in a similar role who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
You will play a key part in supporting Independent Financial Advisers in delivering outstanding client service. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing client reports and documentation
- Managing client communications and follow-ups
- Processing new business applications and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with product providers and internal teams
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Person Specification
- 1â2 years of experience in an IFA support or financial services admin role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office
- A proactive and client-focused approach
