Eden Scott is delighted to be recruiting a temporary HR Administrator on behalf of our client based in Dalkeith, Midlothian. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive HR professional looking for an immediate start on a temporary contract running until the end of August.

Reporting to the Finance & Operations Director, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of the HR function, ensuring employee records, systems and processes are maintained accurately and efficiently.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, escalating matters where appropriate
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process for new starters and leavers
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Track employee holidays and absence
  • Collate and input payroll information accurately and on time
  • Provide general day-to-day HR administrative support across the business
  • Help ensure HR systems and processes run smoothly and effectively

About You

  • Previous HR administration experience
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Available to start immediately or at short notice
