Due to continued growth, a unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial adviser with an established independent, Chartered practice committed to delivering high-quality, client-focused advice. The team is known for its professionalism, integrity, and dedication to helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals. The Financial Adviser will work closely with both new and existing clients, providing tailored financial planning and wealth management advice. A strong paraplanning and administrative team will support the adviser, enabling a focus on building trusted client relationships and delivering high-quality recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver independent, holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Prepare and present clear, compliant financial plans.
- Collaborate with paraplanners and support staff to ensure an excellent client experience.
- Keep up to date with market developments, regulatory changes, and industry trends.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and professional reputation of the practice.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated adviser committed to delivering outstanding client outcomes.
Essential Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a financial adviser or wealth management role.
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience in delivering regulated advice.
- Strong technical knowledge of financial planning and investment principles.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
- A strong ethical approach and a client-first mindset.
Desirable:
- Progress toward, or interest in achieving, Chartered Financial Planner status.
- Experience within an independent, boutique, or Chartered practice.
