Finance plays a central role in this journey, not just reporting on performance but actively shaping it. We are looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
This is a hands-on, field-based role where youâll be embedded in the businessâpartnering with operational leaders, influencing strategy, and driving performance. Youâll be on the road 2â3 days a week, engaging directly with venue teams, and working remotely for the remainder. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with regional leadership and venue managers to deliver actionable insights and drive commercial performance.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational realities.
- Analyse financial and operational data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and the Senior Leadership Team.
- Champion finance as a driver of business performanceânot just a reporting function.
What Weâre Looking For
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with at least 3 yearsâ experience in a Finance Business Partner role or a qualified Big 4 auditor looking for a move into the commercial sector.
- Based near one of their serviced locations in Scotland or Northern England, with flexibility to travel weekly.
- Strong communicator, able to engage confidently with both venue managers and senior stakeholders.
- Commercially astute, with experience in hospitality, retail, or other multi-site environmentsâor a background in advisory from a Big 4 firm.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with a proactive mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
Package & Benefits
- Base Salary: £65K-£70K DOE
- Car Allowance: £5,600 or company car
- Bonus: Up to 10% discretionary + additional 10% for stretch targets
- Pension: Up to 10% employer contribution
