The Role
Supporting a highly visible and influential executive, you will be responsible for ensuring their time, priorities and commitments are managed effectively, enabling them to focus on strategic business objectives.
This is a varied and demanding role, requiring exceptional attention to detail, sound judgement and the confidence to build relationships with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of a complex and ever-changing executive diary
- Proactively managing competing priorities and ensuring time is focused on the highest-value activities
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and key point of coordination
- Preparing briefing documents, agendas and supporting materials for meetings
- Monitoring actions and ensuring follow-up activity is completed
- Providing project coordination support across key business initiatives
- Drafting and managing professional correspondence on behalf of the executive
- Arranging complex domestic and international travel itineraries
- Coordinating meetings across multiple time zones and locations
- Maintaining highly organised systems and records
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the smooth running of executive operations on a day-to-day basis
About You
You will be a highly accomplished Executive Assistant with experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
You will bring:
- Significant experience supporting C-suite executives, Managing Directors, Partners or Founders
- Outstanding organisational and planning skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- High levels of professionalism, discretion and sound judgement
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and a high level of technical confidence
- A calm, resilient and adaptable mind set
