? Temporary Credit Control Administrator – Elgin ? ? Elgin | ? Full-time | ? Immediate Start
We’re currently recruiting for a Temporary Credit Control Administrator to join a busy finance team based in Elgin. This is an office based, full-time role (37.5 hours per week) with a 1-hour lunch break. The contract is initially 3–4 months, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Rate of pay is flexible and dependent on experience.
Key responsibilities:
Handling inbound customer calls to the finance department Taking card payments and issuing statements, copy invoices, and account information Supporting credit control activity across multiple customer accounts Managing a shared customer accounts email inbox Allocating cash payments and requesting remittance advice Working with the wider credit control administration team to document and streamline processes Supporting ad-hoc projects related to customer accounts About you: A self-starter with strong communication skills Well organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks Experience working in a busy office environment is beneficial No previous credit control experience required – training provided If you’re available immediately (or at short notice) and looking for your next opportunity, please apply today.
