Eden Scott is delighted to be supporting our client, a highly respected financial services organisation, in their search for an experienced Corporate Actions Specialist to join their Edinburgh team on a maternity cover contract. As a key member of the Corporate Actions team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate, timely processing of global corporate action events. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, external custodians, and investment teams—making this a fantastic chance to build strong relationships across the business.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full lifecycle of corporate action events
• Reviewing notifications, ensuring accurate interpretation and processing
• Coordinating with custodians and fund managers
• Reconciling positions and resolving discrepancies
• Providing clear updates to stakeholders and supporting wider investment operations

Person Specification

• Strong experience within corporate actions, asset servicing, or a related investment operations role
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
• Confidence communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture
