As Commercial Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting business operations with the goal of ensuring profitability in line with financial targets. This position is key to enabling efficient project and service delivery and maintaining strong commercial performance across the organisation. Responsibilities include:
- Assist with tender management, including preparation of documents and quotations.
- Support contract creation, revisions, and compliance.
- Monitor project costs and profitability, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified and ideally hold previous experience in a commercial role within the energy sector
- Excellent planning, scheduling, and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and clients.
