Glasgow (Hybrid - 2/3 days in office)

Our client, a leading independent law firm with a strong reputation for excellence and innovation, is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of business-critical systems by contributing to the analysis and design of a significant case management system consolidation project. The organisation is ready to embrace and harness the power of this new technology and the efficiencies it can offer right across the business.

As part of the delivery of a landmark project, the successful BA will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the operation of one of Scotland's most recognisable businesses.

Requirements
Ideally you will have:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to work across a variety business areas.
Strong understanding of business process modelling and requirements gathering techniques.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills.

Highly desirable:
Experience as a Business Analyst within legal, professional services, or regulated environments.
Familiarity with case management systems or similar workflow platforms.
Knowledge of agile project delivery methodologies.
Experience with AI tools, CRM systems, or records management platforms.
Understanding of legal operations or law firm structures.
Business Analysis certification.
