Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking for a flexible and rewarding opportunity in a dynamic wealth management environment? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team, supporting Financial Planners in delivering expert financial advice to clients.

About the Role:

As a Paraplanner, you will play a vital role in providing technical research, financial analysis, and comprehensive support to our Financial Planners. You will be involved in client meetings and assist in preparing financial planning recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend client meetings alongside Financial Planners to provide technical support.
  • Prepare for client meetings by gathering financial data, conducting research, and building cashflow models.
  • Draft financial planning recommendations and suitability reports.
  • Ensure all work adheres to compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with product providers and third parties to facilitate client needs.
  • Assist with client annual reviews and presentations.
  • Support the Client Services Manager with technical reviews of services and products.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma qualified (e.g., DipPFS or equivalent).
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in an IFA/Wealth Management environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning products, services, and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience using financial planning software such as Voyant, Genovo, and Microsoft Office Suite.
