A rare opportunity has arisen to join a values-led, independent financial planning firm that works exclusively with high-net-worth clients—many from the creative and advertising sectors. The firm has grown steadily and organically through referrals, placing long-term relationships and personalised service at the heart of everything they do.
With over £100 million in client assets under management and a close-knit team, the business is seeking an experienced Chartered Financial Planner who shares their empathetic, thoughtful approach to client advice and wants to be part of a collaborative and growing environment.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on building deep, lasting client connections, takes pride in doing things the right way, and enjoys working in a flexible, human-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored, holistic financial advice to a loyal HNW client base
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients, many of whom are in their accumulation phase
- Guide clients through major life decisions with sensitivity and expertise
- Collaborate closely with a small team to ensure service standards remain high as the business grows
- Maintain a strong ethical approach to financial planning, free from sales pressure
Ideal Candidate:
- Chartered Financial Planner (or nearing completion)
- 4+ years of client-facing advisory experience
- Comfortable with DFM solutions, platforms, and systems like iO and Dynamic Planner
- Excellent communicator with a calm, consultative style
- Naturally collaborative, with a strong sense of integrity and responsibility
- Ideally experienced with creative sector clients and familiar with their financial priorities
- Lives within commuting distance to Central London and open to hybrid working (2–3 days in-office)
What’s on Offer:
- £70,000 – £100,000 base salary, dependent on experience
- Bonus, PMI, pension, and 28 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays)
- Hybrid working model – work from home and Central London offices
- A genuinely supportive, purpose-driven culture with room to grow and shape the future of the firm
If you're a high-calibre Financial Planner who values professionalism, flexibility, and personal connection in your work, this is an exceptional opportunity to make your mark.
