An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations & Office Manager to join a fast-growing, high-performing wealth management firm based in Central London (W1). Following an internal promotion, the business is looking for a hands-on individual to help lead operations, manage office functions, and support firm-wide strategic initiatives.

This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in the office, offering exposure to senior leadership and the chance to make a genuine impact during an exciting period of growth and change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily business operations and ensure internal workflows run smoothly
  • Manage office administration, vendor relationships, IT coordination, and supplies
  • Lead and support a small client service/admin team with clear accountability and structure
  • Drive operational delivery of the firm’s Centralised Investment Proposition (CIP)
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders, including external family office contacts
  • Deliver key business projects, compliance initiatives, and system/process improvements
  • Provide direct support to the Managing Director on company-wide priorities


Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have experience in operations, office management or business administration, ideally within a financial planning/financial services environment. You’ll need to be highly organised, proactive, and confident in working closely with senior stakeholders.

You should demonstrate excellent communication skills, an ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, and a practical mindset to drive improvements and ensure delivery.

What’s on Offer:

  • Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Bonus: Performance-based
