Part Time Stock and Store Operations for Luxury Athleisure brand

As the Part time Stock and Store Operations, you will support the Stock and Store Operations manager in ensuring the smooth operation of our stockroom and inventory management processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Stockroom and Delivery Management:

• Overseeing inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Confirming deliveries with head office departments and addressing discrepancies.
• Maintaining stockroom organization and cleanliness to optimize storage and retrieval.

Inventory Control:

• Conducting regular stock audits to monitor accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborating with store management to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Leading stock takes and implementing procedures to minimize stock loss.

Collaboration with Shop Floor Team:

• Coordinating with retail teams to ensure seamless merchandise flow.
• Communicating stockroom updates and supporting stock requests.

Processing Damaged Stock:

• Managing the handling and documentation of damaged merchandise.
• Inspecting incoming shipments for damages and coordinating processing with store management.

Managing Store Supplies:

• Monitoring and managing stock levels of stationery and packaging materials.
• Initiating orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving issues with suppliers.

Key Requirements:

• Availability to work 3 days a week (20-24hs in total)
  Minimum 1 years of experience in stockroom or inventory management, preferably in retail.
• Knowledge of stockroom operations best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Adaptable to meet the evolving needs of the business.
