Academy Structure

Carefully designed Academy Structure over 12 months looks like this
  • Month 1-3

    TRAINING / BECOMING A RESOURCER

    As a trainee resourcer you will be coached on:
    Developing an in-depth understanding of the resourcer role, talent sourcing & screening, luxury brand training, effective time management, building your network, understanding tools and processes for candidate management, end to end understanding of the recruitment process, market & industry knowledge, working towards achieving personal monthly targets and KPI’s.
  • MONTH 6-12

    After 6 months you will:

    Be paired with the team manager/ senior consultant from your chosen division with the aim of being supported with the transition to consultant, by having regular 1-2-1’s, set promotional targets for you towards the next phase of the academy. In addition to this you will also be fully efficient in the resourcer role, have strong attention to detail in all processes, demonstrate a high level of commerciality in all areas of the role and have continued training and be setting clear goals and targets.
  • Month 3-6

    By month 3 you will:

    Be able to demonstrate a stronger understanding of the resourcing role, divisions and sectors, be fully efficient with candidate management and processes, be able to build strong candidate relationships, have developed skills in time management and our company databases, have attended regular training sessions, and have made successful placements and achieved targets and KPI’s. You will also be starting to showcase a higher level of commerciality whilst resourcing.
  • MONTH 12-13

    PROMOTION TO CONSULTANT
