Our mission is to partner with non-profit organizations to meet the needs of teenagers from low-income families and the Foster Care system. myTOD’s plan involves providing support and tools for the future – so they’re equipped not just for securing a job, but for life. We do this in the form of financial and career support, internship opportunities, training exposure, and professional skills development.

The HR GIVERS community was created to unite a powerful network of HR leaders who are passionate about making a difference. By bringing together industry expertise and shared purpose, we create opportunities for deeper impact and meaningful engagement. Whether you are an HR executive, a potential sponsor, or a non-profit partner, there are many ways to get involved and help shape the future of the next generation.
